It is made of a very light PVC fabric with a rubber coating. This cover was previously called the Bike Cover Elite but the Elite tag was dropped in 2010 to avoid confusion with the Omni-Bile Elite bike carrier. This cover is suitable for all Omni-Bike carriers with 4 bike rails fitted, if you have 2 or 3 rails & bikes please see Bike Cover (2-3 bikes) This is a genuine Thule.
