This page is intended to be a friendly and easy to follow user guide. It should be read in conjunction with our standard Terms and Conditions of use. Where there is any discrepancy between the contents of this page and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions take precedence and overrule the contents of this page.

Shipping & Delivery

Our standard charge for delivery is £7.45+VAT (£.94). Where carriage/delivery/shipping is shown as free this appiles only when the following conditions are true:
(a) The total value of your order is in excess of £300 including VAT (£250+VAT); and
(b) the delivery address is in mainland UK (i.e. not the Scottish Highlands & islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Ireland or anywhere else not on the UK mainland); and
(c) you have not specifically asked for next day delivery.

All delivery periods are estimates only and we cannot guarantee the precise delivery date or time.

We generally aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days, and quite often on the next working day. We will always deliver your goods within 30 days (subject to availability) unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Next Day Delivery is only guaranteed for orders placed before 12:00 (midday) the previous day, and refers to deliveries scheduled to occur on a regular working day (typically Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays). There will be an additional charge if delivery is required on a Saturday and this may not always be possible. You are advised to check with us that goods are in stock before paying extra for Next Day Delivery.

Privacy & Security

Having been selling online since 2007, we take internet security very seriously indeed.
We require your email address so that we can keep you updated with the progress of your order. We require your telephone number both to contact you if we have any queries about your order, and for our carrier to contact you if they have problems while delivering to you. We will not use your information for any other purpose, or pass it to anyone else, without your prior written permission.

Returns & Replacements

To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing or by emailing We will then advise you of the correct returns procedure and warehouse address.
You must return the goods to us in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging with all paperwork, and must take all reasonable care of them while they are in your possession. Note that some special-order or tailor-made goods may not be eligible for return under UK Distance Selling Regulations.

By far the most convenient and safest way for you to place an order is using our online shop.
You can make payment by your choice of debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Our debit and credit card payments are securely processed by SagePay.
Neither SagePay nor PayPal will share any of your payment details with us, which is far safer and more secure for you than reciting them all over a telephone line.
We cannot, and never will, store your payment details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The prices you see online are online-only prices.
It helps us to keep our costs down, especially when processing small or low-value orders, if we do not have to undertake the administration of order entry and processing (i.e. product details, invoice address, delivery address, payment processing). We pass this cost saving on to you with lower online-only prices. You are of course welcome to ring us and place your order over the phone but, in the case of small and low-value orders in particular, please do not be surprised if the total figure you are then quoted is greater than the figure on our website.
If you have a discount coupon or gift voucher for our website, you may not be able to use this over the phone. Only one discount coupon or gift voucher can be used per order, it is not possible to combine two or more in a single order.
