SUMMER SHUTDOWN: We'll be taking a break from Saturday 12th August to Sunday 3rd September inclusive. This website will operate as normal, but any orders placed during this period will not be processed until Monday 4th September earliest. In fairness to all our customers, orders will be processed in the sequence they were received. Any emails sent during this period will be looked at only after we have processed all new orders, our priority being to satisfy as many orders as possible as quickly as possible. The telephone will not be answered during this period.

TELEPHONE PROBLEMS: We're currently experiencing problems with our incoming phone lines which BT Engineers are (apparently!) investigating. If you attempt to phone us the chances are high that we won't hear your call. We can (occasionally) dial out though so please drop us an email, as per the advice on our Contact Us page, giving both your phone number and as much information as possible about what you require and we'll try to help you in a return email.

We aim to respond to all (non-spam!) emails within 2 working days, but are likely to do so much faster if you help us to help you by putting your order number in the subject line of the email, and send it from the email address that you used when ordering. Ideally please simply reply to one of the automated emails that our website has sent you.

If you do phone and get the answerphone please leave a message with as much relevant information as you are able, including our order number if you have one, and we will endeavour to return your call within 2 working days (although usually much faster).

BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT JULY AND AUGUST IS OUR BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR, SO WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. During exceptionally busy periods we may turn the phone off, so please see our advice above regarding email. OUR STRONG ADVICE IS THAT, DURING AUGUST ESPECIALLY, YOU PUT YOUR QUERY TO US BY EMAIL: enquiries2017@campingequipmentshop.co.uk

We may sometimes respond to emails outside normal working hours, so when you write to us please include as much relevant information as you are able so that we can better (and more quickly) help you. And who knows, if you include your phone number too, we may even ring you...

*** IMPORTANT *** AOL, BTINTERNET, HOTMAIL users please note: For reasons best and only known to themselves these email service providers often take it upon themselves to treat our emails to you as spam, and place them in Spam/Junk or similar folders, or otherwise conceal them from you. So if you do not appear to receive email from us, please contact your email service provider and ask them what they have done with it. We can of course resend email if you ask us to, but that's unlikely to help if they are deleting it before it reaches you...
